Creating a tidymatrix

Choose which part of the object (rows, columns or matrix) verbs act on.

filter(<tidymatrix>): Filter rows or columns of a tidymatrix
select(<tidymatrix>): Select columns from row or column metadata
mutate(<tidymatrix>): Mutate the active component of a tidymatrix
arrange(<tidymatrix>): Arrange the active component of a tidymatrix
rename(<tidymatrix>): Rename columns in metadata

group_by(<tidymatrix>): Group a tidymatrix by variables in metadata

is_grouped_tidymatrix(): Check if object is a grouped tidymatrix
print(<grouped_tidymatrix>): Print a grouped tidymatrix

tally(<grouped_tidymatrix>): Count observations in groups
ungroup(<grouped_tidymatrix>): Remove grouping from a grouped tidymatrix
